Landon McBurnett

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Landon McBurnett is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in health, movement, and patient-centered care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science while competing as a four-year letterman and scholarship athlete at a Division I university. During this time, she also served on the Sun Belt Conference Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, advocating for student-athlete wellbeing and leadership initiatives.

Prior to PA school, Landon gained hands-on patient care experience in urgent care at this practice, as well as in plastic surgery. She went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at South University and now has the privilege of caring for patients at the same clinic where her medical career first began.

Landon is committed to compassionate, integrity-driven care, with an emphasis on patient education, shared decision-making, and treating every patient with the same respect and attention she would want for her own family. Known for her clinical problem-solving skills and willingness to go the extra mile, she enjoys the challenges of urgent care medicine and building meaningful connections with patients.

Outside of work, Landon enjoys staying active, spending quality time with family, being outdoors—especially in the sunshine—and enjoying a great meal. She is married, currently without children, despite her mother’s best attempts at persuasion.
